Ajay Devgn, a B-town entertainer, has revealed his upcoming project, ‘Bholaa,’ a Hindi version of the successful Tamil movie ‘Kaithi.’ The action-drama thriller ‘Bholaa,’ which also features Tabu in a prominent role as a super-cop, is set to hit theatres on March 30, 2023.

Devgn, whose forthcoming movie ‘Runway 34’ will be released shortly, took to his social media accounts to announce the movie’s release. ‘I’m thrilled to announce with you that Bholaa, the official adaptation of the Tamil blockbuster smash Kaithi, starring Tabu and myself, will be released globally on March 30, 2023.’ Dharmendra Sharma is directing the action drama,’ the actor tweeted. He captioned the post, “Very proudly introducing my upcoming endeavour ‘Bholaa’, launching on March 30th, 2023.”

Ajay Devgn revealed in 2020 that he will be directing the Hindi version of the Tamil action movie Kaithi. The actor is both the producer and the main entertainer in the picture. Dharmendra Sharma, Devgn’s cousin, will helm Bholaa. The movie follows an ex-convict on his quest to reunite with his daughter after he gets released from jail. He is, however, stopped by a narcotics raid.

Dharmendra Sharma will helm ‘Bholaa,’ which is financed by Ajay Devgn Ffilms, Dream Warrior Pictures, Tseries Films, and Reliance Entertainment. ‘Thank God,’ ‘Maidaan,’ and ‘Drishyam 2’, ‘Bhola’ and ‘Runway 34’ are among Devgn’s next flicks.

About Tabu, the actress has a long history of portraying problematic, complex women in a variety of roles, from imaginary to literary, in both mainstream and indie film, as well as some American movies. She has won a slew of prizes, notably two National Film Awards for Best Actress and six Filmfare Awards, including a record-breaking four for Best Actress (Critics). The Padma Shri, India’s fourth highest civilian accolade, was bestowed upon her by the government in 2011.
