It is a huge achievement in the Bollywood Industry as Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starrer movie “Sooryavanshi”, has crossed the 100 crore milestone at the box office. Within five days of the release of the movie, it managed to hit Rs 102.81 mark.
The movie is directed by Rohit Shetty and co-produced by Karan Johar and Kumar. “Sooryavanshi” is the first movie to release in the theatres after the Covid 19 pandemic with 100% occupancy and a big diwali release.
Indian film critic and Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his twitter handle and shared the figures and wrote, “Sooryavanshi” is a super successful film which is proving to be a hit even on the weekdays. Especially in Gujarat and Maharashtra, On Friday, it marks Rs 26.29 cr, on Saturday, Rs 23. 85 cr, on Sunday Rs 26.94 cr, on Monday, Rs 14.51 cr, on Tuesday, Rs 11.22 cr, a total of Rs 102.81 cr.
Rohit Shetty, with his extreme happiness knowing about the box office collection, took to his Instagram handle and wrote, he is thankful for everyone’s love and support, he further thanked the audience for the great response on the movie. Sooryavanshi is Rohit Shetty’s ninth movie to enter the 100 crore club.
