The Maharashtra government announced the reopening of theatres from 22nd October, as soon as that happened all the filmmakers started picking up dates for the release of their movies. In fact, there were rumours about many possible clashes among big-budget movies.
According to the latest reports, one such clash that is seemingly very evident is going to be between two of Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgan starrer movies, Gangubai Kathiawadi and RRR. While, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s directorial Gangubai Kathiawadi is slated to release on 6th January, on the other hand S.S. Rajamouli’s RRR is scheduled to be released on 7th January. Ironically, both the movies stars Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgan in pivotal roles.
Alia Bhatt plays the lead in Gangubai Kathiawadi and a supportive role in RRR, and Ajay Devgan plays an important part in both the films.
