Against Amisha Patel, the (ACJM) Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate of Moradabad has ordered a non-bailable warrant. The court has issued the warrant for Patel rather than issuing more summonses. The Gadar actress must show up in court in Moradabad on August 20 in accordance with the warrant. It had been 5 years since Amisha was summoned to court. Dream Vision, a firm that organises events, filed the action in 2017.
The head of the event management company named Dream Vision, Pawan Kumar, charged Amisha Patel with failing to give it back Rs. 11 lakh. Amisha was requested to dance at a marriage ceremony in Uttar Pradesh, Moradabad, claims the petitioner Pawan.
Amisha Patel requested an advance payment of Rs. 11 lakh, and Pawan agreed. After the wedding, Amisha landed in Delhi and asked for an extra Rs. 2 lakh rupee to get there. Pawan Kumar opposed it. The actress later came back without explaining her decision to reject.
Amisha reportedly didn’t pay back the amount of Rs. 11 lakh, according to Pawan Kumar. The complainant has also filed charges against Rajkumar Goswami, Suresh Kumar, and Ahmed Sharif in addition to Patel. The actress is being tried in accordance with many provisions of the (IPC) Indian Penal Code. The actress is facing charges under sections 120B, 420, 406, 504, and 506.
According to the complainant’s attorney, “Proceedings have been sent by the court to Amisha and her colleagues.” Amisha Patel must provide convincing justifications for her absence from court if she shows up on August 20.
Amisha has gone through hardships before. Due to check bounce situations, she was facing legal issues.A Bhopal courtroom last year issued an arrest warrant against the actress that is subject to bail. In addition, a case for cheating was launched against Amisha Patel and her sibling.
When the court approved charges for both of them, the High Court was also engaged in the matter. She will soon appear in the sequel to the wildly popular movie Gadar Ek Prem Katha.
