So, finally the sitcom is back with bang! Content Engineers are joining hands with the very well-known filmmaker Rohan Sippy and Pankaj Sudheer Mishra. Saurabh Varma, the former chief marketing officer of Jio Studios, and Utpal Acharya, a former executive of Cinépolis Gulf and Sony Pictures, have partnered up to launch “Content Engineers.”
The partnership will first result in sitcoms. The first production, which has the potential to appeal to audiences everywhere, is already in progress and will be revealed soon. The group wants to revive the time of sitcoms like YehJoHaiZindagi and DekhBhaiDekh.
In order to produce family-friendly entertainment, the content studio formed by SaurabhVarma and Utpaal Acharya has partnered with Ramesh Sippy Entertainment and TriyambhEntertainmentAndMedia.
Varma is a seasoned professional with experience in marketing, distribution, programming, and content syndication. He has worked with Jio Studios, INOX, Reliance Entertainment, and PVR Limited. In addition, Varma has helmed several full-length movies. As a member of large corporations, Acharya has worked with Sony Pictures, Reliance Entertainment, UTV, Studio18, and Cinepolis Gulf, managing box office, sales, production, business development, content acquisition, distribution, programming, and syndication.
Utpal Acharya, on the other hand, has experience in managing box office, sales, business development, production, distribution, programming, content acquisition, and syndication for major organisations like Sony Pictures, UTV, Studio18, Reliance Entertainment, and Cinepolis Gulf. To give their consumers a consistent experience, both will combine their combined 45 years of knowledge and more than 1500 movies. Both will keep working with production partners to make sure access to the top talent in the business, alongside the studio’s producers.
Saurabh Varma, the film’s director, previously stated that: “Even under the most difficult circumstances, good tales can endure, and well-crafted material has the ability to spread ideas in the modern world. Due to the proliferation of so many OTT platforms, there are now more options than ever to experiment with disruptive content.
