Daniel Weber is getting ready to launch his upcoming new song, Lose Somebody, following the huge popularity of his last track, Sorry. He wrote and performed the tune, and Vivian D’Souza handled the bass guitar. Jigar Shah plays the drums, and Vatan Dhuriya plays the piano and organ. The number was beautifully produced by Jehangir Jehangir. Island City Studio produced the tune.
It’s a single that we have been focusing on for several months, Weber explains to us. It’s my first single to be launched as Daniel Weber, my solo project. The song perfectly expresses the agony and heartbreak of losing someone after a breakup, death’s sadness as well. The music video was filmed in Los Angeles. The recording was made in Mumbai, but Anthony Focx mixed and mastered it in Nashville.
James Thomas, the same director who shot Sorry, directed the video. After my partner in the movie passed away from a sickness, he was able to convey the feelings I experienced. Under Sun City’s label, this track is independently distributed.
The song is Weber’s most recent solo project outside of The Disparrows, the band he co-founded in 2010 with Grant Loosvelt and bassist Stephen Tecci. The Disparrows and Making Others Rich, two albums by Daniel Weber’s band, were well received by the audience.
