Salman Khan would never be pardoned by his community or him, gangster Lawrence Bishnoi has said, according to a report from the Delhi Police special cell on July 10.
The special cell continued, quoting Bishnoi as saying that the actor from “Dabangg” must publicly apologise before he will change his mind. This allegedly occurred a few days after Hastimal Saraswat, Salman’s attorney, got a letter threatening his life. According to the letter, Hastimal and his family would share the same consequences as the assassinated Punjabi artist Sidhu Moose Wala. “The adversary’s buddy is our enemy,” the note declared. No one will be spared, not even your relatives. Soon, you will experience the same destiny as Moose Wala. A similar note to Salman and his father had previously been sent by Bishnoi and his gang members.
Since the Bishnois believe the blackbuck to be the resurrection of their spiritual leader, Bhagwan Jambeshwar, also recognised as Jambaji, HGS Dhaliwal, Special Commissioner of Police (Special Cell), frankly admitted during questioning that acquittal or punishment from the jury would not be the final decision for him.
Further explaining his position, the officer said that the Bishnois would kill Salman and his dad Salim Khan until they publicly apologised to his clan in the Jambaji shrine.
Salman, meantime, chose not to appear in public to greet his fans on the occasion of Eid this year due to threats he had received. 10 special force personnel have been stationed at his Galaxy Apartment, according to a source. 15 Surveillance cameras have also been set up in his apartment and the surrounding area for security reasons. The special forces members accompany Salman Khan on sets.
On the work front, Salman Khan is working on many projects such as Tiger 3, Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, Pathaan, Godfather, No Entry Sequel etc.
