Upcoming film Khandaani Shafakhana, staring Sonakshi Sinha seems to be stuck in the controversy. Delhi’s sexologist Dr. Vijay Abbott has filed an order against Sonakshi Sinha’s film, in which Dr. Vijay has sought the ban on the release date of the film.
He also sent a notice to the T-Series and the director of the film. The film which has been directed by Shilpi Dasgupta and going to be released on August 2.
According to spots by’s an exclusive report, Dr. Vijay has sent the letter to the Censor Board of Film Certification. This letter was sent by Advocate Singh and Associates of Dr. Vijay. This letter has been written on July 18 and it has been said that the legendary and well-known traditional Khandaani Shafakhana of Dr. Hakeem Hari Kishan Lal, Father of Dr. Vijay, has been used illegally.
Apart from this, the picture of Dr., Hakeem has also been used illegally in the movie trailer which violates the Copyright Act.
Sonakshi has played the role of sexologist in the film and she runs a clinic called Khandaani Shafakhana. Although, it has not been clear yet that director Shilpi have to change the title of this film or in this case, the court will take any other action.
Talking about the work front, Sonakshi Sinha’s last film ‘Kalank’ did not perform well at the Box office. Also, in future Sonakshi Sinha has been seen discussing the upcoming movie Dabang 3 with Salman Khan directed by Prabhudeva and it has been planned by the filmmakers to release the film in December this year.
