Aamir Khan starrer Lal Singh Chaddha which was previously slated for release this Christmas will now be releasing on Valentine’s Day next year.
The reason for this sudden change of schedule was not clear yet, because while every other film-maker seems to lock the nearest date for the release of their movie, on the other hand, Bollywood’s perfectionist is moving up the release date for his project.
Now, as revealed by various sources, the reason behind this rescheduling of dates has come forward. Due to the abrupt reopening of the theatres in Maharashtra, and so many movies already releasing around Christmas week in 2021 like; Kapil Dev’s biopic ’83’, Shahid Kapoor starrer ‘Journey’, and Ranveer Singh’s starrer Cirkus, Aamir Khan decided that it would be better to save the movie from an apparent big clash.
Laal Singh Chaddha is helmed by Aamir Khan and produced by Viacom18.
