Shilpa Shetty’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra, who was arrested by Mumbai Police owing to his alleged link in a pornography racket has been granted bail on a surety of Rs 50,000.
Reportedly, Raj Kundra had applied for bail on 18th September stating that he was made a scapegoat in the whole case and was not involved in the Pornography Racket that had been running for a year.
A Mumbai court granted bail to Mr Kundra on 20th September in the pornographic movie production case. Ryan Thorpe, one of Raj Kundra’s co-workers who was also arrested has been granted bail as well.
Mumbai Police had arrested Raj Kundra on 15th September alleging that he was the main facilitator in the Pornography case and has victimised innocent girls.
Recently, Shilpa Shetty made a statement saying that she had no idea what Raj Kundra was up to as she was busy with her work.
