As per the latest reports, the plans for the movie have been deferred after Mahdeep Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor’s daughter Shanaya Kapoor on Wednesday tested positive for Covid-19.
A source has revealed that Shanaya Kapoor and the other leads, Lakshya Lalwani and Gurfateh Pirzada, were all set to fly to Bangkok to shoot for their new rom com movie. However, how the plans have been put on hold as Kapoor has tested positive for COVID-19.
The shooting of the film has been postponed and will be shot in the same location in January 2022 and the team said that they are in “no rush” to shoot the movie. The source from the team has said that the preparations for the shoot had already begun, with half of the crew having flown to Bangkok.
The source said that Kapoor and the other cast members were supposed to fly to Bangkok this week and that the team was prepping to “ensure a smooth shoot” in Bangkok. Now, with the shooting plans halted due to Kapoor testing positive for the virus, the Bangkok team will return to Mumbai this week and return to Bangkok in January again, when, according to the source, everyone will be “in the pink of their health.”
In the past couple of months, the trio has been enjoying script perusing meetings to work on their acting skills.
