Actress Tabu took to her social media page on Saturday, February 19, to disclose that she has started filming for Ajay Devgn’s Bholaa, which is an adaptation of the Tamil blockbuster movie Kaithi.
As she made the big revelation, the star headed to Instagram and shared a photo of a clipboard from the set of the film. Many admirers and supporters greeted her luck as she embarked on this new journey in the comments area.
Tabu, who has starred in films such as A Suitable Boy, Andhadhun, and Drishyam, among others, took to his social media profile on February 19 to share some good news with her admirers. She uploaded an image from the set of the Kaithi remake, named Bholaa, to indicate that she has started filming. She uploaded the photographs, describing them as a “fresh start,” and followers expressed their support for her.
Dharmendra Sharma will direct this next new venture Bholaa, and Ajay Devgn will star alongside Tabu in the major role. Apart from playing the lead, Devgn will also serve as one of the film’s producers, working with Reliance Entertainment and Dream Warrior Pictures.
Ajay Devgn has confirmed that the Hindi version of Kaithi would be released in 2020, and fans are excited to watch how he and Tabu bring the picture to life. Karthik Sivakumar starred in the key role in this Tamil action thriller which was released in 2019. The story revolved around an ex-mission convict to join up with his daughter after his release from jail.
Ajay Devgn and Tabu will collaborate on a number of projects, including Bholaa. The two will also appear together in Abhishek Pathak’s Drishyam 2, which will be released later this year. The movie’s filming started a few days ago, and the stars shared a photo from their first day on social media. The two will play their parts from the first film, which was launched in 2015, with Ajay portraying Vijay Salgaonkar and Tabu as IGP Meera Deshmukh.
