The photographs show Vijay behind the camera, talking with the film director Puri Jagannadh about the shoot. The behind the scenes images which already hyped everyone’s interest in the upcoming movie.

Vijay Deverakonda has been occupied with the working schedule of his upcoming project Liger for the past couple of years. The movie’s production and release were delayed due to the novel Covid-19 pandemic. The makers of the movie recently jetted off to Los Angeles to film some most important sequences with Mike Tyson (the boxing icon).
The actor Vijay Deverakonda promised to share a glimpse of Liger on the eve of New Year. As he vowed, he took to his social media handle and shared the YouTube link to the Liger promo. He wrote, “Glimpse. That’s it. #LigerFirstGlimpse #Liger”.
In the video, Vijay Deverakonda says two brief but powerful lines. “We are Indians,” he says, expressing his pride in his homeland. He does, in fact, enter while waving the Indian flag. And another dialogue, “Vaat Lagaa Denge,” defines his aggressive demeanour.
Vijay Deverakonda gave fans a first look at his upcoming film, Liger. And it’s energising! On New Year’s Eve, the makers of Liger released a new trailer in which Vijay Deverakonda plays the role of a boxer with precision. He works as a chaiwala in Mumbai before competing in MMA fights. The film will be released in theatres on August 25, 2022.
Puri Jagannadh directed the boxing-themed film Liger. The lead roles in the Telugu-Hindi bilingual will be played by Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday. Earlier this year, the Liger team surprised and amazed everyone by casting boxing legend Mike Tyson in a key role in the movie.
