Recently, Askhay Kumar began filming for the authorized Hindi version of Suriya’s famous Tamil movie ‘Soorarai Pottru.’ While the project’s contents are being kept under wraps, it appears that a photo from the sets has gone viral on the internet. A photo of Akshay with a dishevelled look has gone viral on social media, with fans assuming that it is from the remake of ‘Soorarai Pottru.’
In April of this year, Akshay began filming for the film. “With the symbolic coconut-breaking and a modest prayer in our hearts, we commence the filming of our still untitled film, which is about aspirations and their power,” the actor had announced. Sudha Kongara will helm the remake of ‘Soorarai Pottru,’ who previously directed certain shorts in the original film starring Suriya. In this film, Akshay Kumar is coupled with Radhika Madan.
Akshay Kumar is currently preparing for the premiere of his next film, the historical drama ‘Samrat Prithviraj,’ which has undergone a name change. “As per the several rounds of conversations between us, and to calmly and cordially resolve the raised grievance, we would alter the title of the Film to ‘Samrat Prithviraj,'” the creators of ‘Samrat Prithviraj,’ wrote in a letter to the Shri Rajput Karni Sena. We are grateful for our mutual understanding that you have no additional objections to our Film and that the other issues mentioned by you before are no more a cause of conflict between us.
