Mumbai Police have placed limits on Salman Khan’s fans after the actor received a threatening email. After the threat, the police have already increased Salman’s security. Also, they have filed a police complaint (FIR) against Goldy Brar and Lawrence Bishnoi, two gangsters.
According to the official, Salman’s security detail will be staffed around-the-clock by 2 assistant police inspector (API)-rank officials and 8–10 constables. Also, Salman’s supporters won’t be permitted to gather in front of his home-office at the Galaxy Flats in the Bandra district.
Salman formerly had Y+ category security given by the police, and he travelled in a car that could withstand a gunshot along with his private security guards. For the actor’s safety, the police have now implemented additional security measures.
The Bandra police have filed a FIR against three people, Lawrence, Goldy, and Rohit, for illegally sending a threatening email to Salman’s workplace on Saturday. The FIR was filed as a result of a police complaint made by Prashant Gunjalkar, an artist manager who, according to the police, routinely visits Salman at his apartment in Bandra.

On Saturday afternoon, Prashant discovered an email had arrived from the ID Rohit Garg when he was in Salman’s office, the officer claimed, citing the FIR. “ If Salman desires to put the problem to rest, he should speak with Goldy face-to-face,” it added, adding that “next time he will suffer shock.” It was directed towards Prashant.
According to the Indian Criminal Code, the FIR was filed under sections 120-B (penalty for criminal conspiracy), 506-II (punishment for criminal intimidation), and 34 (common intention).
