Cirkus, the highly anticipated film from the massive director Rohit Shetty, will be released all over the world on Christmas Day. The big-budget blockbuster, featuring Ranveer Singh, Pooja Hegde, Jacqueline Fernandez, Varun Sharma, and a slew of other notable actors and the movie will be premiered on screen on December 23, 2022, just in time for the holidays. The director took to social media to announce the much-anticipated film’s release date. It is a formal adaptation of Angoor (1982), a film based on Shakespeare’s comedy The Comedy of Errors. It also has guest appearances by Deepika Padukone and Ajay Devgn.
Rohit Shetty addressed to the news by saying, “Cirkus is an all-around entertainer for the whole family. There’s no better time than the holidays to see the movie in theatres around the world.” The actors of the film also revealed the first official poster on Instagram. Ranveer Singh said to his fans, “”Here is our long awaited first look of our movie #Cirkus,” Jacqueline wrote, “#CirkusThisChristmas.” Christmas 2022 is the release date!”

Cirkus, created and directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Gulshan Kumar, Bhusan Kumar and T- Series Well this is not the first time Ranveer and Rohit Shetty have paired up together. Earlier the due were seen in Simmba and the movie was a massive hit. Rohit shetty is known as both an action as well as a comedian genre director and all his movie have a well balance of action and comedy. It will be great to watch the duo back on screen along with other slew of actors.
For the time being, Ranveer is concentrating on the release of Jayeshbhai Jordaar, which will be released this weekend on May 13th.
