Coronavirus outbreak has affected the whole world and due to this a lot of Hollywood celebrities including Tom Hanks, Idris Elba, and others have been tested positive for COVID-19. So now, Bollywood celebrities are helping their fans by giving ideas about how to make the best use of their time at home.

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, a lot of things including theatres, gyms, and malls are shut as to stay safe. Bollywood divas Karina Kaif and Shilpa Shetty Kundra have shared their workout videos for their fans and have urged them to stay fit and make the best use of their time at home.


Katrina shared videos where she can be seen exercising on the terrace. Sharing it with her fans, she wrote, “#WorkoutatHome Can’t go to the gym so sharing the workout that Yas and I did at home. Stay safe and be active if u can  Squat & Side Leg Lifts – 3 sets x 20 reps Reverse Lunge – 3 sets x 15 reps Situp – 3 sets x 20 reps Pushup – 3 sets x 15 reps (you can substitute with incline pushups or knee pushups) Plank to ‘T’ – 3 sets x 15 reps Mountain Climbers – 4 slow and 15 tempo x 3 sets.”


On the other hand, Shilpa too shared her video where she can be seen working out on the staircase. “Monday Motivation in self-isolation! The paucity of time is a major reason for missing out on exercise for many. Let’s utilize this ‘precious’ time to take care of ourselves by exercising at least 4 times a week and building stronger immunity.
