Aditya Narayan doesn’t typically let disappointments get the better of him, but he is only human. And it is certain to effect you when your labour is not appreciated. The 35-year-old musician, who has performed hit songs including Ji Huzoor and Tattad Tattad, claims that his most recent song was changed with a different performer’s rendition.
“I was quite angry at this precise moment. When a little more time has passed, perhaps I will speak about it more” Aditya said.
Aditya continues, The decision to choose a different singer in the traditional manner was made by the producers, not the song composer, at the last minute. It’s actually not a negative feeling because they substituted me with the greatest. Although I was anticipating the song, it’s just a fact of life. Just being called by these composers makes me delighted. I’m picky about the music I listen to on a regular basis. Ji Huzoor from Shamshera was a good release for me the previous year.”
Aditya also said, “We draw attention to the fact that many singers have expressed their regret at being dropped from a song in the past without even being informed. Narayan makes it abundantly clear that recording is done in good faith and that there’s never a contract that guarantees that the song starring a certain artist will be the ultimate version.”
“ My father, the singer Udit Narayan, also observed this in his generation. He frequently expresses his excitement for a song in public, yet (then someone else sang it). Bollywood has the drawback that you aren’t the song’s writer.” Aditya futher added.
