The successors to Brahmastra Part One: Shiva have received several recent updates from director Ayan Mukerji, who has many fans and following. In a lengthy statement he posted on Instagram on Tuesday, Ayan asserted that he has “a really special film – to get into and direct.”
The note read, “Hi. The Brahmastra Trilogy needs some updates right now. The belt of asteroids. My life, as well! After considering all the praise and criticism for Part One, I have been focusing on developing the vision for Parts 2 and 3, which I now realise will be The universe has provided me with the opportunity to seize it and take control of a very extraordinary film. I’ll elaborate on the film’s subject matter when the time is right. One in Which I can study, be inspired, and grow—one that challenges me and makes me tremendously enthusiastic! In order to serve the one cause that truly means to me the most—Indian cinema—I’m letting all the positive energy in the universe to flow through me. Ayan.”
Ayan distributed a flier to his followers that contained details on the upcoming films’ release dates. The release of in December 2006. Brahmastra Part Three will be released in December 2027 after Brahmastra Part 2: Dev in December 2006.
Recently, Ayan brought up the Brahmastra prequels. He had said, “We’ll make Brahmastra 2 and 3 together.” Indeed, we’ll need to give ourselves a bit more time to make it. I am conscious of the considerable interest. The crowd is eagerly awaiting the (second part of the movie). But first, we’ll write it accurately without sacrificing it. It will probably take three years, in my opinion.
