After piquing fans’ interest with an interesting poster for the new online drama Feels Like Home, Lionsgate Play released a funny trailer for the web series on Wednesday. The series follows the lives of four lads as they moved into their first apartment away from home, culminating in a rush of emotions and companionship, as well as a heavy dosage of ‘bromantic hangover.’ Preet Kammani, Vishnu Kaushal, Mihir Ahuja, Anshuman Malhotra, Himika Bose, and Inayat Sood appear in the series, which is directed by Sahir Raza and written by Sidhanta Mathur.
The trailer provides a humorous glimpse into the life of three youngsters who are on a quest to realise their goals. The trailer begins with the introduction of ‘Banchhod Niwas,’ a residence rented by four bachelors in order to pursue their dreams. The trailer promises a rollercoaster ride with slice-of-life nostalgia moments, from enormous gatherings to finding a housekeeper to cleaning their house and hilarious scenes that ensure fall-of-your-seat hilarity.
Preet Kammani, who plays Lakshay Kochhar, described the film as “a mad trip,” adding, “Feels Like Home is a novel take on comedy-drama about four lads, one house, and their road to adulthood.” A young programme that revolves on a cast of people and expertly weaves romance, friendship, and the everyday challenges of teenagers into a beautifully woven plot, he further stated.
“Shooting for Feels Like Home has been a sort of a pleasant and memorable journey,” said Anshuman Malhotra, who plays Sameer. I had a great time playing Sameer, and my goal was to always give amazing work and improve with each passing day, Anshuman cited.
“Being a developer on the Internet, the thought that I got to appear in a web programme still sounds weird to me,” Vishnu Kaushal, who plays Avinash, said. Despite the fact that I’ve been making videos for six years, the prospect of performing professionally was terrifying. Well living as Avinash, i have felt each and every bit of the movie and really hope that it turned out the best, says Vishnu Kaushal.
Feels Like Home is a vision come reality,” Mihir Ahuja, who portrays Akhil Gandhi in the show, stated. I’m ecstatic to be a member of this production and to experience the maturation of a character. It’s an honour to be connected with Lionsgate Play and to share in this incredible journey. The character of Akhil Gandhi is sincere, innocent, and focused but he had to make some sacrifices in order to follow his desire and passion for cricket and I am sure viewers are going to connect with him in many ways, he further cited.
Feels Like Home will be streaming on Lionsgate from June 10th.
