JANHIT MEIN JAARI is the tale of a remarkable woman’s struggle. Manokamna Tripathi (Nushrratt Bharuccha) resides in Chanderi with her mother Manju and father Purushottam . Manu’s parents want her to get married as soon as possible. Manu, on the other hand, is uninterested and insists on marrying only after getting a job. Manju gives her a month to find work, after which she will be married off. Manu then conducts many interview process, but none of them go well. She finally meets Aadarniya (Brijendra Kala). He notices that she is an excellent marketer.
He offers her a job at his firm, Little Umbrella, with a monthly salary of Rs. 40,000. Manu’s work entails going out into the field to increase contraceptive sales. Manu is apprehensive at first. However, she accepts the job after recalling her mother’s deadline. Meanwhile, she meets and falls in love with Ranjan (Anud Singh Dhaka) and gets married to him. There is some major twists and turns after this which frames the critical part of the movie.
The narrative of Raaj Shaandilyaa offers a good message. However, it some how was similar to his own film DREAM GIRL, which was also about protagonist who did a job that that does not makes him happy at first and hence he hides about it from his family. It’s also a sort of inception from HELMET, which was likewise a comedy about condom sales and their significance. Well the plot of Jan Hit Mai Jari fails to enthrall though. However the message which the creaters wanted to shine has come out very well.
Jai Basantu Singh’s direction is fine at some points. Nushrat Bharuchcha’s performance is just commendable and she proofs that she can handle a film being the only lead of the movie. The movie as a whole gives out an amazing message along with comedy hence the movie is a full entertainer.
