Shabaash Mithu, starring Taapsee Pannu, was recently shown on movie screens. The actress is reportedly getting ready for her next project even though the movie is still playing in theatres. Along with amazing casted stars, Taapsee will star in Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki alongside none other than Shah Rukh Khan. Taapsee recently discussed her thoughts on fame, box office success, and failure in a conversation with a media channel. Not only this but, Taapsee also discussed Shah Rukh Khan and how the megastar takes each victory and setback personally.
Taapsee stated that Shah Rukh Khan is basically the standard for every newcomer who enters the industry. Newcomers seek to match the actor’s fame and success as benchmarks. Taapsee continued, “I’ve told him that he is the yardstick or the individual that every outsider, especially the one coming from Delhi, looks up to,” which is more revealing. Although he is the superstar and I’m not , still we bond amazingly. Risk and positives are not something which usually gets associated when you work with superstars like Shahrukh Khan .Well this is when he has not had a single release since 5 years and his single move creates havoc.
Taapsee later noted, when discussing success and failure, that her family refers to her as a bitter loser and an even terrible winner. The actress, however, asserts that she has evolved in her career and no longer takes success or failure too seriously. She continues by describing this process and saying, “Success often leads to other things, especially in our country. I haven’t always been a good loser. When I play board games, my family still refers to me as “she’s a really sore loser” (I still). I hate to lose, and I probably hate to win even more. This helps us to understand the accomplishments and also the drawbacks. Tapsee recently was seen in Shabash Mithu.
