On Saturday, actor Sanya Malhotra shared a sneak peek at her “special film’s” closing celebrations.
Sanya provided fans on Instagram stories with a few images from the wrap-up celebration on Saturday.
Sanya stood beside Harman Baweja as well as Arati Kadav in the group picture.
She commented, “Sharing the photo, “finished a special movie with the top actors. I’m eager for you and everyone to see it.”
Sanya Malhotra is getting ready for the Hindi version of “The Great Indian Kitchen,” a Malayalam film. Created by Harman Baweja and directed by Arati Kadav of “Cargo” fame.
In the first movie, a newlywed woman tries to live up to her hubby and his family’s expectations of her as a subservient wife.
The lead actors are Suraj Venjaramoodu as well as Nimisha Sajayan.
Sanya Malhotra most recently appeared with Rajkummar Rao in the underwhelming box office flop “Hit: The First Case,” a mystery-thriller.
Sanya’s next film appearance will be in the forthcoming comedy “Kathal,” which will have its world premiere on Netflix.
After the digital releases of “Ludo,” “Pagglait,” and “Meenakshi Sundareshwar,” “Kathal” is the actor’s fourth.
Together with Vicky Kaushal as well as Fatima Sana Shaikh, she also stars in the upcoming historical drama “Sam Bahadur” by filmmaker Meghna Gulzar.
Sanya Malhotra co-starred with newbie Radhika Madan in Vishal Bhardwaj’s 2018 drama Pataakha. It narrates the tale of two enmity-filled sisters in Rajasthan and is inspired by the storyline Do Behnen by Charan Singh Pathik.
Sanya Malhotra, as well as Madan, found the real person who was the inspiration for the characters to research them for the movie and learn their quirks. The two remained in Ronsi village, close to Jaipur, where they picked up the Rajasthani dialect and became accustomed to doing things like thatching roofs, plastering walls with dung, and walking long distances while carrying matkas filled with water on their heads and one around their waist.
