Bollywood’s king, Shahrukh Khan has been away from screens for quite a while now. Fortunately for his fans its a good news as now, Shahrukh has some interesting projects lined up for release in coming years. He is currently working on the ambitious project ‘Pathan‘ , which is A big-scale, cat-and-mouse action thriller to be produced by Yash Raj Films, and after wrapping up that one, Shahrukh will begin working on his next film with Rajkumar Hirani.
Further after that the next venture of Shahrukh Khan will be paired with Deepika Padukone in Atlee’s Sanki. SRK and Deepika have previously worked together in Om Shanti Om, ChennaiExpress, and Happy New Year. Meanwhile, previous reports claim that Deepika will be playing the female lead in Pathan, to be directed by Siddharth Anand. Sanki is all said to be A masala entertainer helmedby the maker of Bigil, Mersal and Theri.
Shah Rukh teaming up with Atlee has long been in the news. Now the latest buzz stated that while trying to make the Tamil-Hindi bilingual film with a pan-India appeal, the makers were trying to make sure that the director’s trademark style is retained in the script. The film was expected to go on floors early 2021, but it remains to be seen whether the team can keep up with their schedule after the covid-induced lockdown.
According to the report, Deepika “loved the story” of the film that is said to be an all-out commercial entertainer.
Meanwhile, SRK has also signed films with Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK and has also committed to working in Rajkumar Hirani’s next directorial.
While this is said to be the third film on SRK’s calendar, Deepika also has a busy schedule to keep up with. The actress is set to start shooting Shakun Batra’s next with Ananya Panday and SiddhantChaturvedi, an untitled next with Prabhas and even her home-production ‘Draupadi’.
