Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu’s Loop Lapeta has finally got a release date. The movie is all set to hit the silver screen in October this year.
Actress Taapsee Pannu is truly on a roll. She has been working on back to back projects and has been successful in keeping her fans entertained with her work. From a very long time, her ardent fans were waiting for the release date of upcoming movie Loop Lapeta. The movie will now release in cinemas nationwide on 22nd October 2021.
On Tuesday, Taapsee made an official announcement of the release date of Loop Lapeta. She posted a 12 second video on twitter and wrote, “Brace yourself to meet Savi and Satya….. #LooopLapeta in theatres this October 22, 2021. Infinity Smiling face a comic thriller we rarely get!”

Touted as a new-age roller-coaster ride, the movie Loop Lapeta also stars actor Tahir Raj Bhasin in the main lead. Tahir also took to the micro blogging site and wrote, “Get ready for the ride of your ‘life’ with Savi and Satya… #LooopLapeta in theatres on October 22, 2021!”

The 12 second video announcement video introduces the audience with the roles of the actors in the movie.
The story of the movie revolves around Savi (Tapsee) who is stuck in a sticky situation when her boyfriend Satya (Tahir) gets trapped in a crisis.
Loop Lapeta is the Hindi adaptation of the 1998 German film Run Lola Run and has been directed by prolific filmmaker Aakash Bhatia. The movie is produced by Sony Pictures Films India, Ellipsis Entertainment and Aayush Maheshwari. The shooting was done in Mumbai and Goa from November and was successfully wrapped on schedule. Currently it is in its post-production stage.
Taapsee has a lot on her plate. Apart from Loop Lapeta she will also be seen in mystery-thriller ‘Haseen Dillruba’ which will release on Netflix. She also has sports-drama ‘Rashmi Rocket’ and a biopic on Indian women’s cricket team captain Mithali Raj, titled ‘Shabaash Mithu’. Currently she is busy shooting for Anurag Kashyap’s “Dobaaraa’.
