The film ‘Mumbai Saga’ starring John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi will release on Amazon Prime Video on Tuesday (April 27).
On Monday, Amazon Prime Video took to Instagram and announced the digital premier of the film. The film was released in theatre on March 19.
They wrote, “@TheJohnAbrahamv/s @emraanhashmi Whose side are you on? The chase begins tonight, watch #MumbaiSagaOnPrime.”
The film is directed by Sanjay Gupta and also stars Mahesh Manjrekar, Kajal Aggarwal, Suniel Shetty, Prateik Babbar, Rohit Roy, Amole Gupte, Samir Soni, Gulshan Grover, and Anjana Sukhani.
The film is being produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Anuradha Gupta, and Sangeeta Ahir.
The film is based on the friendship of two people named Amartya Rao (John Abraham) and Senior Inspector Vijay Sawarkar (Emraan Hashmi). The film shows how Bombay has changed.
John said, “The movie released in cinema halls this March and I am delighted with the response from fans who watched the movie. Mumbai Saga will now premiere on Amazon Prime Video and this feeling of sharing our hard work across the world is amazing. Mumbai Saga is my third project with Sanjay after having worked together on Zinda and Shootout at Wadala.”
