Farah Khan has shared a new video in which she and her longtime creative collaborator, actor Shah Rukh Khan, recreate a sequence of songs from the movie Main Hoon Na. Directed by Farah and starring Shah Rukh, Main Hoon Na was released in 2004 to critical and commercial success.
Sharing the video on Instagram, Farah Khan wrote in her caption, “With my Most favourite.. one & only @iamsrk there’s No1 like you.. #mainhoonna #farahkefundays.” The video shows Shah Rukh performing a rendition of the song, supplemented with improvisations such as tapping an imaginary wristwatch and shaking himself mimicking as Farah approaches his face.
Several people were hit with a wave of nostalgia. Ranveer Singh commented, “Ohhhhhhhhhhhh heart melt!!!” Riteish Deshmukh called the song an ‘all time favourite’, and Sania Mirza’s sister Anam dropped a series of crying face and heart emojis.

Farah made her directorial debut with Main Hoon Na and reunited with Shah Rukh in Om Shanti Om, which is widely regarded as Deepika Padukone’s leading role. The acting director duo have been having a rough time in their relationship for some time as Shah Rukh is reportedly embroiled in a feud with Farah’s husband Shirish Kunder. During this time, she made Tees Maar Khan her least successful film with Akshay Kumar in the lead role.
Shah Rukh and Farah were then patched, and he starred in the hit movie Happy New Year, which remains his last film as a director. Shah Rukh himself has not appeared in a movie since 2018 as Zero, although he is currently filming his big comeback, Pathan, directed by Siddharth Anand and starring Deepika Padukone.
