Sunny Deol’s younger son Rajveer Deol will soon make his Bollywood debut in an upcoming project backed by Rajshri Productions. The forthcoming love story will also mark the directorial debut of Sooraj R Barjatya’s son Avnish S Barjatya.
Another Deol is all set to enter the Bollywood industry. Rajveer Deol, the younger son of Bollywood actor Sunny Deol will make his acting debut in an upcoming project helmed by Sooraj R Barjatya’s son Avnish S Barjatya.
The announcement of Rajveer’s debut was made by veteran actor and Rajveer’s grandfather Dharmendra. On Wednesday, Dharmendra took to the micro blogging site and wrote, “Introducing my grandson #RajveerDeol to the world of cinema along with #Avnishbarjatya directorial debut. I humbly request you all to shower the same love and affection on both the kids as you have on me. Good luck and Godbless. #Rajshrifilms #barjatyas #Deols #Rajveer Deol.”

Sunny also shared the announcement and wrote, “My son Rajveer starts his journey as an actor. A beautiful journey awaits ahead.”
While announcing the collaboration of Rajveer and Avnish, Rajveer’s uncle Bobby Deol also wrote, “On the way to realise his dream …Rajshri Productions proudly announces the collaboration of Rajveer Deol & Avnish Barjatya in a coming-of-age love story. A beautiful journey awaits ahead #SoorajBarjatya #RajveerDeol #AvnishBarjatya.”
Talking about Rajveer as an actor, debutant director Avnish said, “Rajveer speaks with his eyes. He has a silent charisma and is tremendously hard-working. The more time we spent talking about the project, the more I began to see Rajveer as the protagonist in my film.”
The lead actress of the yet-to-be-titled movie has still not been finalised. The film which will revolve around love and relationships in today’s world is expected to go on floors this year in July and will release next year.
Rajveer Deol has studied theatre in the United Kingdom. He has also worked as an assistant director. He got trained under theatre and film director Feroz Abbas Khan. Sunny’s elder son and Rajveer’s brother, Karan also made his acting debut in 2019 film Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas.
