Akshay Kumar, the Bollywood Khiladi, said on Tuesday that his upcoming film “Bachchan Pandey” will be released in theatres on March 18, the Holi celebration. Sajid Nadiadwala is the producer and Farhad Samji is the director of this action comedy movie.. The 54-year-old actor shared a still from “Bachchan Pandey” with a social media post announcing the new launch date.
“L-O-A-D-I-N-G this Holi! Action, Comedy, Romance, Drama! Kumar captioned the Instagram photo, “#SajidNadiadwala’s #BachchanPandey in theatres on March 18th, 2022.”
The movie was supposed to be released on January 26, however theatres in Delhi have been closed since the end of December 2021 due to an increase in COVID-19 and Omicron cases. Kerala, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Punjab, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Uttar Pradesh all have 50% occupancy rates in their film halls.
Many highly anticipated films have been postponed as a result, including “RRR,” “Radhe Shyam,” “Acharya,” and “Valimai,” among others.
The cast of “Bachchan Pandey” includes Kriti Sanon, Arshad Warsi, Pankaj Tripathi, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Prateik Babbar.
