The intruiging and the most anticipated movie Dobaraa had it’s trailer launch event and the event aas attended by Ekta Kapoor and Anurag Kashyap. Well something which got in the eyes of the viewers was Tapsee’s absence from the event. Tapsee is playing a pivotal role in Dobaraa and her absence from the trailer launch event was something really suprising. So whats the reason for Tapsee’s absence? Her busy schedule, upcoming projects , health or gym? The specific reason will obviously be known to Tapsee and the team and there has been no revealations about the same from both the ends. However we are anticipating that the reason would be known soon.
Taapsee, her husband, and their daughter are seen relocating into a new house in the Dobaaraa’s trailer. The family quickly learns that a small kid died during a rainstorm 26 years ago in the home adjacent to theirs. The same young youngster is then seen speaking with Taapsee’s character. While the trailer does indicate that Dobaaraa is about Taapsee’s character changing the past during a thunderstorm, which then affects her present, it also teases exciting notions about time travel. Dobaaraa is the Hindi recreation of the Spanish thriller Mirage released in 2018. Following Manmarziyaan, Anurag Kashyap and Taapsee have reunited for this project. Saswata Chatterjee, among others, plays a crucial part in the film. Prior to its release in India, Dobaaraa will have its Australian premiere on August 12 at the Melbourne Indian Film Festival.
Recently, Taapsee was spotted in Shabaash Mithu. The sports biopic was made by Viacom18 Studios under the direction of Srijit Mukherji. Taapsee plays the pivotal role in the movie, which is based on the life of Mithali Raj, a renowned Test and ODI skipper of the Indian women’s national cricket team. The movie did received mixed reviews at the theatres. Among Taapsee’s forthcoming projects is Dunki, which will be directed by Raj Kumar Hirani and starring Shah Rukh.
