A day before the release of his film Bala, Ayushmann Khuranna held an #AskAyushmann session on Twitter. From talking about publishing a book on his shayari to calling his brother Aparshakti Khurana a self-made man, Ayushmann indulged in a variety of topics. And amid all this, the versatile actor revealed that he’s a huge fan of Aamir Khan.
When one fan said that after Aamir Khan, Ayushmann is one actor whose films she awaits. The 35-year-old actor said that Aamir is an inspiration for him.
The fan tweeted, “After @aamir_khan sir, we wait for your films to release. Your films remind us of the good cinema that Aamir sir does. #AskAyushmann @ayushmannk.”
To which, Ayushmann replied, “I’m a huge fan of @aamir_khan sir’s work and I’m always learning from him. He is one of the greatest icons of Indian cinema and he is a huge inspiration to me. I met him on the sets of dangal and was in awe of his simplicity and clarity of thought.”
Ayushmann Khurrana’s brother Aparshakti Khurana made his Bollywood debut with Dangal.
Another fan asked him, “The choice of movies by @Aparshakti has recently been quite good. As an elder brother, do you have any role to play on this?? #askayushmann”
To which, Dream Girl actor replied, “He’s a self-made guy. Supremely talented. I’m his worst and the best critic. And he inspires me with his energy. Very proud of his journey. Best brother in the world??”
While Ayushmann Is busy with the promotions of his upcoming film Bala, his favourite actor Aamir Khan launched the logo of his much-anticipated film Laal Singh Chaddha.
The film is set to hit the screens on Christmas 2020.
