Kuttey which was the most anticipated crime-thriller movie and the movie got onboard today. Well the fans reactions are pretty much exciting and seems like they have a lot to say through. Something which is totally new and fascinating, yet it has not delivered that impactful tale.
Kuttey by Aasmaan Bhardwaj opens with a flurry of scarlet and red. A police officer (Kumud Mishra) holding a bleeding Naxal leader (Konkona Sen Sharma) in captivity listens to her tell a drawn-out tale regarding a goat, a dog, and a lion. Her destructive mindset sees herself and her kind as the goat, society and the police as the dog or the kuttey, and the lion as the establishment or the administration. According to Bhardwaj, who is also the film’s writer, what follows is a lot of kuttey-baazi—greedy, dishonest dogs dragging a wagon full of cash while shooting anything that gets in their way. After a secondary crime syndicate storyline is added, a theft completes the story.
There is bloody everywhere, we see remorseless fighting and pointing of guns and bloody everywhere. This is something very much tedious and much petrified. We see a lot of dreadful things. The tale gets a bit puzzled up, but takes massive turn in the later wide section. This is something that comes with an episodic warning of something which is as scary as it it. Dark, dreadful and worse are the adjectives which can only remotely acquaint to the scenes of the movies.
Speaking of the characters, Tabu who is playing as a police has shined her way throughout. Her character looks intense and sharp and she definately pulls of her character well. Arjun Kapoor too has given an amazing performance. He has highlighted the religious aspects as well as certain conspiracy and portrays the character very well. Naseeruddin Shah as Khobre has this very strong character and is one of the best actors on screen. Kumud Mishra too has given a great performance. Together as a whole package the film is scary but it’s as much as interesting because of the characters. Keeping the whole of the movie in mind the, movie definately is slated to be rated as 3.5 stars out of 5.
